Hard work and good salary - in professional working conditions.

it was fun working on the wielding guns cleaning them and putting them back together but also it was good walking around the work place floor and seeing what they one did.

This work tended to be compatible and fully mobile during working hours

Very hard work, not very often do you get a lunch break. I have a great team of co-workers which is why I have stayed with the company the length I have.

The most stressful job, with nothing to show for it. No support from management with anything. If you take an hour for your lunch (what youre entitled to...) you get treated like a criminal.
No training provided, you just get sat down and made to get on with it. If you make mistakes youre punished and given warnings, no development plan put in place.

I was there on work experience and was shown the procedure. I was told all about Health and Safety procedure and was supervised whilst I was there

A Typical day would be picking or packing of car parts . I learned to work to tight timelines with a very high quality .Most of the managers were not within the warehouse , most co workers were easy to get on with and good at there job .

Check computer system to ensure that safety standards are met. Reviewed work environment to ensure that machine was working properly. Continued daily activiites to weigh totes to check if weight standards were met. Unload paint truck thoughout shift & reload with empty totes. This job was not so enjoyable for me only because i found myself standing around alot of the time watching, instead of learning hands on and actually doing work. I can understand where they were coming from though. Cars are expensive.

I CLOCK IN AT 5:30 TO START WORK AT 6:10, WE HOLD LITTLE MEETINGS BEFORE THE START OF THE SHIFT FROM 6 TO 6:10. TEA BREAK IS AT 9:15 AND LUNCH AT 12:30, THEN I KNOCK OFF AT 2:10.
I HAVE LEARNED THAT HARD WORK PAYS, AND THAT WE ALWAY HAVE TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
I LOVE WORKING WITH MY TEAM AS I BELIEVE TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE.

working at BMW third shift was very enjoyable,but because you had to go throughMAU/Workforce Solutions was a real let down because they set what i feel are unfair point systems.you are allowd 3 points a year and if you reach them your automatically dishcharged no matter how good of an employee you are. for example i had been working at BMW for over – more... 7 months, was a great emplyee who was never late,worked overtime everyday without complainig 13 hour nights. then i got the stomach virus and missed 1 day (first point) two weeks later t turned into the flu and i missed 2 days in a row ( oints 2&3) came back worked two weeks then one night after working all night i was called down to the MAU offices at BMW and was told i was getting dishcharged due to the point system.and to make me feel even worse they told me they were sorry because i was one of the best workers the had in my designated area. but overall i would of been very happy working at BMW. – less

i learned so many things working in this company.The management is good and co-workers as well but my salary here in Qatar is not good enough for my family.I also want a career growth...

Training was horrible, great learning, but too fast to accommodate to people with disabilities
