Within our villages, we recruit for a number of hospitality roles from F&B Assistants to Head Chef and within our Care division we recruit experienced managers or individuals looking to take a role in the sector for the first time.
Through the Audley Academy, we fund all of our care team to work towards their QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care. If you want to learn more, you can build specialist skills in areas such as supporting those with diabetes, or end of life care. We also offer specialist Hospitality training and development through our in-house Learning and Development team.
