As great as the actual work and team can be, this organization is horribly mismanaged and at times, hypocritical. For a business which presumes to consult with other organizations on how best to manage, motivate, and fairly develop employees, AonHewitt does a shockingly poor job internally. Talent is unrewarded, there are limited to no opportunities
