Directorate Project Team
The University of Worcester seeks to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated key stakeholders Engagement Officer. The successful candidate will be committed to managing and co-ordinating the university’s partner engagement work within the new Health Innovation Dudley Centre (HIDC) which will include supporting recruitment activities for courses.
The new Health Innovation Dudley (HID) Centre is an exciting opportunity for the University, working in partnership with Dudley College of Technology, to provide a range of HE courses to the local population. The project is supported by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, through the Dudley Town’s Fund, and the local NHS Trusts. A clear focus will be upon working with partners and stakeholders to meet the University’s Health Innovation Dudley student recruitment targets for 2024/25.
It is envisaged that construction of the new Health Innovation Dudley Centre building will be completed in the near future and before that, teaching of courses will take place in the Black Country & Marches Institute of Technology and Broadway Campus, part of the Dudley College of Technology Group.
The University of Worcester are a leading provider of health education which will form a significant part of the curriculum offered within the HID centre. Additionally, courses will also be delivered that relate to psychology and sports therapy.
The successful candidate will be based primarily at the Black Country & Marches Institute of Technology, in Dudley.
